The Sin at Zin-Those who make men stumble.

To be a leader is not a pride but the most flammable role a man can take because of the inherent pressure,challenge and oppositions from devil incarnates. Number 20"Narrate the ordeals of moses(the meekest man on earth) who lost the visa to canaan land within a very short time.He was instructed by God to speak to the Rock but instead he struck the the rock. He was frustrated by his own people who choose to oppose his every action and inaction,that was the major cause of his failure to honour God in the sight of his people(Israelites).He make several plea for forgiveness but the situation had went out of hand.{Deut. 32:51-52}.You may want to ask why these problems confront leaders and make them less useful for God.Leaders are mortal men with blood.
